What Do The Fragrance Notes Mean?
Top notes, middle notes, and base notes in perfume refer to the different layers of scent that unfold over time after application, with top notes being the initial light and fresh impressions, middle notes forming the heart of the fragrance, and base notes providing the deeper, long-lasting foundation.
Do you offer e-gift cards for customers?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any E-Gift Cards. Our store only accepts USD currency at the moment.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Processing time may take 2-3 business days. After your order is processed, you will receive your order within 5-7 days with Standard shipping. How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will receive emails confirming the shipment and delivery of your order, including your tracking number.
HELP! Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, don't worry! To make changes after order, please email info@qubacollections.com or contact Customer Service through our Contact page!
These changes include removing or adding products, changing the delivery address, and/or cancelling your order. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service know in detail so we may cancel your previous order.
How To Return My Items?
Please note that our store will only accept returns if product received was damaged.
We want you to love your purchase. If your product is damaged, follow these steps for a refund:
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging (ONLY IF DAMAGED).
- Visit our Contact page and enter your order details to start the return process.
- Domestic orders receive a prepaid label, and return shipping methods and costs are on us!
- After completing the online return steps, drop off your sealed package at your nearest USPS.
